Policies

Smoke Free Policy
Customer demand dictates that as of April 1, 2008, Fernwood Hotel will become a non-smoking facility. If it is evident that anyone was smoking in your hotel room during your stay, a $100.00 recovery fee to restore the room to a smoke free environment will be levied.

BOOKING POLICY:
A deposit of one night is required to confirm your reservation. Balance due upon check in.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

HCC Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellations are subject to a $25 Processing Fee per Room.
- All changes are subject to a $7 fee.

Hotel Booking/Cancellation Policy:
- A Minimum First Night Deposit Will Be Taken At Time Of Reservation.
- Cancellation Must Be Recieved At Least 72 Hours *3 Days* Before Arrival For Deposit To Be Refunded, Less A 25 USD Cancellation Fee in addition to the $25 Processing Fee per Room.

Villas Booking/Cancellation Policy:
- A Minimum First Night Deposit Will Be Taken At Time of Booking. Guest is required to sign a short-term rental agreement at check in. Broker Sand Hill Creek Realty, Inc.
- Cancellation must be Recieved At Least 72 Hours *3 Days* Before Arrival For Deposit To Be Refunded, Less A 50 USD Cancellation Fee in addition to the $25 Processing fee per Room.
