For those who do not want a vacation from their exercise regime, there is an on-site exercise room. The resort offers many planned activities for families and children, and there is also a game room. | BOOKING POLICY: A valid credit card is required to book your reservation. A deposit of $200.00 is taken at the time of booking. The balance is taken 7 days prior to your check in date. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged the entire stay at the time of booking. Reservations are not confirmed without payment. You will be required to sign a short term Lease Agreement prior to confirmation of your reservation. (Fax number is required.) **Weekly rentals run Friday to Friday.** **Reservations for a Saturday Check-Out will not be accepted.** All guests will be required to show ID at check-in and must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or guardian. Units will accomodate a maximun of 8 people. A penalty will be charged for rentals with more than 8 people, and you will be asked to leave. Unfortunately, it may be necessary, from time to time, to change a guest's unit during the course of their stay. If this needs to be done, you will be notified upon check-in. Check-in: 5:00pm - 10:00pm Check-out: 10:00am - Guests remaining beyond check-out time will be charged additional fees as a penalty. CANCELLATION POLICIES: We understand that plans change and you may need to cancel or modify your reservation. All changes are subject to a $7 fee. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee per room. Reservations cancelled on or within 14 days prior to arrival, will be charged a penalty equal to the entire stay in addition to the $25 cancellation fee per room. Continue past Mountain 2.5 miles to River Road. Turn right, look for entrance on left. For Day Guests going to the Shawnee Sales Center. Follow Route 209 North for approximately one (1) mile. Turn right onto Buttermilk Falls Road (across from Luigi’s Pizza). The Willow Dell tour center is the first building on the left. Just past the waterfall. For Day Guests going to Special Projects at Shawnee Square. Follow Route 209 North for approximately one (1) mile. Turn right onto Buttermilk Falls Road (across from Luigi’s Pizza), drive past the Shawnee Sales Center. Follow Buttermilk Falls Road up the hill.
