| BOOKING POLICY:
Valid credit card is required. Your credit card will be charged in full at the time of booking. Check In: 2:30pm Check Out: 11:00am Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grill and access to a campfire pit. All bedding is supplied. Please bring your own towels, paper products and charcoal/lighter fluid. Firewood is supplied. PET POLICY: Babbling Brook Cottages is please to welcome your pet as long as the rules are followed. - All pets must be leashed or caged. - Pets are not allowed on the furniture. - Pets are not allowed in the flower beds. - You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. - You are responsible for any damages caused by your pet. - Each pet is an additional $10.00 per night. - There is a refundable security deposit of $125.00 for the first pet. An additional security deposit of $25.00 per pet after the first. Security deposit is to be in the form of a Money Order and is required at the time of check in. CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that plans change and you may need to cancel or modify your reservation. All changes are subject to a $7 fee. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee per room. Reservations cancelled on or within 14 days prior to arrival, will be charged a penalty equal to the deposit in addition to the $25 cancellation fee per room. No shows will be charged a penalty equal to the entire stay in addition to the $25 cancellation fee per room. **Special events and Holidays may require additional days.** Please contact our reservation center at 1-800-572-0134 to cancel or modify a reservation. | ||

I-80W to exit 34B–Rte. 15N/JEFFERSON (this exit is in NJ–do not go over the Delaware Water Gap.) go 17.9 miles on Rte. 15N which will change to Rte. 206N for 7.8 miles make a LEFT onto RTE. 560W (FRATELLI'S RESTURANT is on this corner), go 2.2 miles to blinker light & make a RIGHT, 5.1 miles to TOLL BRIDGE. After crossing bridge, continue to traffic light & go strait onto RTE. 739N for 1.2 miles & make a LEFT onto SILVER LAKE RD., go exactly 1.5 miles & make a LEFT into my driveway (sign: "COTTAGE RENTALS") follow driveway back to my Office at the Stone House From the POCONOS: I-80E to exit 309-MARSHALL’s CREEK/Rte. 209N. Stay on Rte. 209 going through Marshall’s Creek than Bushkill. There will be a blinker light in Bushkill, continue on rt. 209N for 11.5 miles to traffic light in Dingman's Ferry, make a LEFT onto RTE. 739N, go 1 mile & make a LEFT onto SILVER LAKE RD., go exactly 1.5 miles & make a LEFT into my driveway (sign: "COTTAGE RENTALS-Daily, Weekly, Monthly) follow driveway back to my Office at the Stone House From Rte.84 East: Rte. 84E to second exit in PA> exit 2-MILFORD/Rte. 6, go to end of exit & make a LEFT onto Rte. 6, continue into the town of MILFORD to traffic light, go STRAIGHT (rt. 6 changes into rt. 209 sout), stay on Rte. 209S. for approx. 8 miles to traffic light in DINGMAN’s FERRY, make a LEFT onto Rte. 739N, go 1 mile & make a LEFT onto SILVER LAKE RD., go exactly 1.5 miles & make a LEFT into my driveway (sign: "COTTAGE RENTALS") follow driveway back to my Office at the Stone House From Rte. 84 West: Rte. 84W to exit 3-LORD’s VALLEY/Rte. 739, go to end of exit & make a RIGHT onto Rte. 739S, stay on Rte. 739 to 2nd traffic light (approximately 9-10 miles) DINGMAN’s FERRY, make a RIGHT onto MILFORD RD. go 1 mile to STOP SIGN & make a RIGHT onto SILVER LAKE RD., go exactly 3/10 miles & make a LEFT into my driveway (sign: "COTTAGE RENTALS") follow driveway back to my Office at the Stone House. | ||
